kookeey Redeem Code – Redemption Process

New Users

1.Enter kookeey registration page:
https://www.kookeey.com/clientarea/#/user/register

2.Select “Register with email/phone/ Gmail/WeChat”, fill in the required information according to the instructions, and complete the registration.

3.Log in to your newly registered kookeey account

4.Click [Account and Setting] – [Active Redeem Code] on the left menu.

5.In the “Please enter your redeem code” input box, enter the redeem code you obtained from any channel and click Verify.

6.After verification, please check whether the product information is correct on the activation page. Carefully read the agreement below, check the box to accept, and click Confirm Activation.

7.When the message “Redeem Code Activated Successfully” appears, you can click [Go to View] below to confirm the redeemed items. You can also check detailed code information under the [Redeem Code List] in the upper-right corner.

Existing Users

1.Enter kookeey login page:
https://www.kookeey.com/clientarea/#/user/login

2.Log in to your existing kookeey account.

3.Click [Account and Setting] – [Active Redeem Code] on the left menu.

4.In the “Please enter your redeem code” input box, enter the redeem code you obtained from any channel and click Verify.

5.After verification, please check whether the product information is correct on the activation page. Carefully read the agreement below, check the box to accept, and click Confirm Activation.

6.When the message “Redeem Code Activated Successfully” appears, you can click [Go to View] below to confirm the redeemed items. You can also check detailed code information under the [Redeem Code List] in the upper-right corner.

1. kookeey Proxy Purchase & Configuration Process

1.1 kookeey Account Registration & Login

Enter to kookeey official website: https://www.kookeey.com/?aff=72388376 and register an account.
Registration methods include: Email / Phone / Google Account / WeChat

1.2 Purchase kookeey Proxy

Benefit: Users who register via this link enjoy a 5% discount when purchasing kookeey proxies.

(Note: DuoPlus Cloud Phone currently supports only Socks5 proxy types and provides access to proxies in 150+ countries and regions worldwide. Users can purchase static or dynamic IPs according to their needs.)

When purchasing ports/lines, select the required proxy type, country, region, proxy protocol, authorization type, quantity, etc.

1.2.1 Purchase Static (ISP, IDC) Proxy

Using Static Residential (ISP) Proxy as an example:

Click [Static Residential (ISP) Proxy] → [Purchase Static Residential (ISP) Proxy] → Select the required purchase parameters based on your needs, then click Confirm and Purchase.

After submitting the order, the system will redirect to the order list page. The order status will display Processing.
Wait for about 1–5 minutes until it shows Completed:

Once the order is completed, click Port Details of the purchased item to enter the port list. Here you will see the host, port, username, and password used for configuration.

1.2.2 Purchase Dynamic Residential Proxy

-When purchasing dynamic ports/lines, first choose the corresponding traffic package according to your needs.

kookeey provides two ways to obtain dynamic ports/lines:

Port Mode:

Click [Dynamic Residential Proxy] → [Generate Exclusive Dynamic Line] → Select the required country, IP rotation cycle, quantity, and click Confirm Generate.

The system will redirect to the dynamic residential line page.Wait for about 1–5 minutes until it shows Line Generated:

Once generated, you can check the host, port, username, and password needed for configuration under [Dynamic Residential Line].

Session Mode:

Click [Dynamic Residential Proxy] → [Purchase Dynamic Residential Traffic Package].After purchase, click [Extract Dynamic IP] → [Generate Connection Info].
The system will display the host, port, username, and password used for configuration on the right.

2. DuoPlus Cloud Phone Configuration

(Note: DuoPlus Cloud Phone currently supports only Socks5 proxy types and proxies from 150+ countries and regions.)

2.1 DuoPlus Registration & Login

2.2 Create a Cloud Phone

After registration, enter the DuoPlus dashboard and start creating a cloud phone by clicking [Start Now].

In the cloud phone purchase interface, select the quantity and duration according to your needs.

(Note: DuoPlus Cloud Phone requires users to configure a Socks5 proxy IP to operate.)

Payment methods include:

Balance Payment: Fees are deducted from your balance without service charges.
A recharge fee applies for top-ups below $99.5. Temporary session fees are also deducted from the balance.
Cash Payment: Supports WeChat, Alipay, Pix, etc.Service fees apply for payments below $99.5.

After selecting the purchase duration and payment method, click Buy Now in the bottom-right corner.
You will then enter the Proxy Configuration page
(If not redirected, go to the Cloud Phone list and click “Initialize Proxy”).

To configure the proxy, click Add Proxy under Custom Configuration, paste the kookeey host/port/username/password purchased in Step 2 into the “IP or Domain Name” field (auto-recognition supported), click Test Proxy, and once it passes, click Complete Configuration to finish creating the cloud phone.
If proxy testing fails, please contact customer support for assistance.

Click Complete Configuration to successfully create your cloud phone.
