What is Temporary Startup and Subscription Startup?

You can use [Temporary Startup] or [Subscription Startup] to activate the DuoPlus cloud phone.

1. What is Temporary Startup

Temporary Startup charges based on the duration your phone is on. The cost will be deducted from your DuoPlus account balance at the time of startup, so please ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the startup costs.

Billing method: Billing starts upon completion of startup and stops when the phone is shut down. If you restart within a 30-minute billing cycle, you will not be charged again.

• $0.9 per day per device capped

Statistics are based on the natural day of the Eastern Eighth District, that is, the Eastern eighth District is re-counted at 0 o 'clock every day

When purchasing a monthly subscription or higher for the cloud phone, each cloud phone will receive 30 minutes of Temporary Startup duration every month!

When you purchase or renew a cloud phone, you will receive Temporary Startup duration. The exact duration granted will be based on the purchase page.

2. What is Subscription Startup

Subscription Startup refers to a long-term startup service. After purchase, you can open the cloud phone an unlimited number of times within the validity period without incurring additional startup fees.

Multiple cloud phones can take turns using the same Subscription Startup to save costs, but only one cloud phone can use a Subscription Startup at the same time.

If you have 2 cloud phones and 1 Subscription Startup, and you want to start the second phone while the first one is already on, you have three options:

1. Use Temporary Startup to start up, at $0.15 per 30 minutes, capped at $0.9 per day;
2. Turn off the first cloud phone and then start the second one. This will not incur additional costs as the two phones take turns using Subscription Startup;
3. Purchase another Subscription Startup, allowing you to open both cloud phones simultaneously (two cloud phones using different Subscription Startups).

3. How Subscription Startup Can Save Your Money?

Suppose you have 100 cloud phones and only need to have 5 phones on at the same time, you can purchase 5 units of Subscription Startup. Your monthly cost per device can be as low as $1.995 per month per device:

4. How are Costs Deducted for Temporary Startup?

The fees for Temporary Startup will be deducted from your DuoPlus account balance. If your account balance is insufficient, you will be unable to use the Temporary Startup to start your phone.

You can check your balance or recharge it in the "Cost Center."

5. How to Purchase Subscription Startup

You can only purchase [Subscription Startup] after buying a cloud phone. You can access the purchase page through the upper right corner of the DuoPlus dashboard, selecting “Buy Now” - “Subscription Startup”
