How to use DuoPlus cloud phone for verification through SaleSmartly

SaleSmartly is an omnichannel private domain communication tool that primarily provides customer service solutions for cross-border enterprises. It is a powerful SaaS product that integrates various social media channels such as real-time chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email, and WeChat. This allows businesses to manage interactions with customers on a unified platform, helping them market and serve customers effectively.

Cross-border e-commerce and social media marketing users often face the following problems:
- Social media requires device verification but no other devices are available to support verification.
- Frequent switching between multiple social media accounts is inconvenient and may lead to account associations being banned.
- Poor lead generation effects from social media operations and promotions, with multiple accounts being difficult to manage.
- The need for multiple devices to support verification increases costs, posing challenges to social media account operations.

To address these issues, you can use DuoPlus cloud phones within the SaleSmartly platform. DuoPlus supports the creation of multiple cloud phones for managing multiple accounts, aiding in the operation of TikTok and WhatsApp accounts and initiating global cross-border marketing. By utilizing both SaleSmartly and DuoPlus, cross-border businesses can tackle the challenges of multi-account communication, device verification, and account operations. Here are the specific steps:

1. Log in to the SaleSmartly backend

  • Click on "App Store" — "Third-Party Services" — "DuoPlus Cloud Phone".

 

2. DuoPlus Cloud Mobile Configuration

(Note: Currently, DuoPlus Cloud Mobile only supports Socks5 type proxy configuration and supports proxies in more than 50 countries and regions worldwide)

2.1 DuoPlus Registration and Login

  • Navigate from the SaleSmartly interface to the DuoPlus registration page to start creating an account.

 

2.2 Create a Cloud Mobile

- After registering your account, enter the DuoPlus management interface and start creating a cloud mobile. Click on "Experience Now".

- Enter the interface to purchase cloud mobiles, and select the number and duration of cloud mobiles needed based on your own requirements.

(Note: DuoPlus cloud mobiles require users to configure Sock type proxy IPs to use.)

Payment methods for cloud mobiles are divided into balance payment and cash payment.

  • Balance payment : The cost of purchase will be deducted from the balance without any transaction fees. A transaction fee will be charged if the single recharge amount is less than 100, and the temporary computing power boot-up fee will also be deducted from the balance.
  • Cash payment : Currently supports WeChat, Alipay, and PayPal. A transaction fee will be charged if the single payment amount is less than 100.

After selecting the purchase duration and payment method for the cloud mobile, click "Buy Now" in the bottom right corner. Then, you will be directed to the proxy IP configuration interface (if it does not redirect to the proxy configuration page, you can access it by clicking into the proxy configuration page from the "Cloud Mobile" list).

- Start configuring the proxy by copying the proxy IP's host, port, username, and password, and paste them all at once into the "IP or Domain" box for automatic recognition. Then, click to check the proxy. After the proxy is successfully verified, click to complete the configuration, which will finish the creation of a cloud mobile.

- If the proxy check is unsuccessful, please contact customer service for troubleshooting

 

3. Starting and Using DuoPlus Cloud Phone

Once the cloud mobile is created, you can start using it normally for device verification, multi-account management, live commerce, business communication, and more.

  • Users can choose the billing mode according to their needs, either pay-by-the-hour (when there is sufficient balance) or purchase fixed computing power (available to start at any time). Click "Connect" to start the cloud mobile.

After clicking connect, wait a few seconds to complete the startup, and a new cloud phone will be generated. The cloud phone supports various functions: adjusting image quality, batch file upload, one-click new device, parameter modification, etc. Refer to the internal functions of the cloud phone for operations.
