Line selection feature is only available for Android 12 and Android 15 devices
Cloud phones are deployed in Singapore and Hong Kong, requiring high network smoothness. Therefore, in certain countries or regions, operations may be sluggish. You can try turning the accelerator on or off to see if there is any improvement.
If the lagging issue remains unresolved, in addition to your local accelerator settings, you can switch the cloud phone operation's video streaming lines through the following two entrances.
Selecting a line does not affect the network within the cloud phone. The line only pertains to the video streaming of the cloud phone operation. Choose the line with the smoothest performance.
Due to web client limitations, the displayed latency may be significantly higher than the actual connection latency. The value is for reference only.
Streaming mode refers to the method used to stream the video of operating the cloud phone. There are two types:
You can choose the appropriate streaming mode based on your needs. Android 12 allows you to choose between UDP or TCP streaming, while Android 10 and Android 11 only support UDP streaming.
When selecting UDP streaming mode, ensure that your router or firewall settings do not block UDP traffic. Otherwise, you will not be able to connect to the cloud phone properly.
A streaming line refers to the streaming server address for the video of the cloud phone. The streaming line does not affect the network within the cloud phone. Choose the line that offers the highest operational smoothness.
Please note that the default line is not available for use on mainland China networks.
Click the dropdown menu at the top of the cloud phone to switch the cloud phone's streaming line.
After entering the cloud phone control interface, click the clarity button at the bottom right corner to switch the streaming line.
