Reset and Regenerate Device

DuoPlus allows for reset and regenerate Device operation for cloud phones, including three methods for data processing: reinstalling the system, clearing application data, and keeping application data.

Users can choose different cleanup methods according to their needs to optimize the performance of the cloud phone.

Each cloud phone has 10 free one-click new device operations per month;

You can purchase additional reset device attempts, which can be used for all cloud phones.

  1. Click on the ... in the bottom right corner of the cloud phone, and select “Reset Device”.
  1. Choose different data processing methods

Reinstall System

  • Deletes all data on the cloud phone, please operate with caution!
  • New device parameters/custom device parameters will be generated based on your configured proxy IP.

Clear App Data

  • Deletes application data within the cloud phone and changes brand information.
  • Only applicable to weak-risk applications.

Keep App Data

  • Retains application data within the cloud phone.
  • Only changes the brand and model information of the cloud phone.

While performing reset device operation, you can also change the proxy for user convenience. You can choose whether to change the proxy in the "Network" section.

If you choose to change the proxy, paste the proxy information into the box and click "check"

Once the proxy test is successful, click "Reset Device," and the newly created cloud phone will be configured with the relevant proxy, with no further configuration needed.
