Reset and Regenerate Device

Reset Device

DuoPlus can perform a Reset and Regenerate Device operation on a mobile phone. After the operation, the following actions will be executed:

• Delete all data on your phone
• Generate new device parameters based on the proxy IP you configured

1. Click the "..." at the bottom right corner.

2. Click Reset Device.

3. Confirm the one-click new device operation.

Each cloud phone has 10 free one-click new device resets per month;
You can purchase additional one-click new device resets, and the purchased resets can be used for all cloud phones.

4.With reset device, users can also change proxies, making operations easier. The option to change proxies can be selected under "Network".

5. If you opt to change the proxy, paste the proxy information into the designated box and click on "Check Proxy".

6. After the proxy check is successful, select "reset device," and the newly generated cloud phone will be configured with the relevant proxy, eliminating the need for further configuration.
