Scan the QR code

The QR code scanning feature is supported only on Android 15/Android 12 (Region A).

Method 1: Use a mobile device to scan

You can first use the browser on your real mobile device to open: https://my.duoplus.net, and log into your DuoPlus account. After opening the cloud mobile, allow the browser to access your camera device, and the cloud mobile can directly call the camera of your real mobile device to scan the code.

Method 2: Scan by uploading a picture

If you do not have a device with a camera to open the cloud mobile, we can also scan by uploading a picture of the QR code.

1. Open the app where you need to scan the QR code and click on the scan option.
2. Click on the "..." in the bottom right corner, then click on the scan icon.

3. Click on the QR code image you want to upload.
