1. What is a cloud phone? How does it differ from a real phone?

A cloud phone refers to a mobile device that operates in the cloud and can be accessed directly through a computer or mobile browser. When in use, it functions similarly to a real phone.

2. What are the advantages of DuoPlus cloud phone?

The cloud phone is based on real ARM devices located overseas, with the following advantages:
SIM Card and Base Station Information: Supports the generation of SIM cards for over 150 countries or regions, capable of simulating the SIM card of the location based on the configured proxy IP, providing a higher degree of simulation, making it more suitable for TK matrix.
Location and Device Information: Simulates location information based on the configured proxy IP, and users can also select location information on a map. Supports several brands and a total of hundreds of model simulations.
Unlimited Multi-Opening: No purchase limit, no multi-opening limit, no limit on the number of openings, and no limit on team members.
Full Device Support: No client installation required; it can be opened directly in a browser, compatible with PC and mobile browsers, allowing access anytime and anywhere.

3. Do I need to install a client?

No, the DuoPlus cloud phone can be accessed directly through the browser on any device, so both PC and mobile can operate the cloud phone directly in the browser. It is recommended to use a browser based on the Google kernel to access the cloud phone control panel: https://my.duoplus.net.

4. Does it support iOS?

Currently, it only supports Android, with systems including Android 15, Android 12, Android 11, and Android 10.

5. Does it support receiving SMS?

The SIM cards generated by the cloud phone are simulated cards and cannot be used to send or receive SMS or make phone calls. Additionally, the cloud phone does not support eSIM or binding your own phone number to send or receive SMS.

6. What are the specifications of the cloud phone?

Currently, the specifications of the cloud phone are:

  • 4GB RAM
  • 32GB storage

7. Does it support apps from mainland China?

No, it does not support them.

8. Is it not very smooth during use?

You can try lowering the picture quality. Refer to: Quality Adjustment.

If adjusting to a smooth quality does not improve the situation, you can enable an accelerator on your computer or mobile device. When using the accelerator, you can choose an overseas acceleration node close to the mainland.

9. Does it support ADB?
