DuoPlus cloud phones make team management convenient. Once you invite users to join your team, the team members can use your cloud phone.
The Sub-Administrator group has permissions second only to the Super Administrator group. They have all permissions except for adding and removing sub-administrators. Once a user is added to the Sub-Administrator group, they have the authority to manage regular user groups.
Click on Sub-Administrator Group -> Add Member to add other users to your team's Sub-Administrator group.

If you have not created a user group before, you need to create one first.
Enter a custom user group name and click save.
Click on the user group created in the previous step, then click "Add Member".
You can enter any nickname, and for the account name, enter the invitee's email (If the recipient's email is not registered, a verification code will be sent).
DuoPlus cloud mobile allows setting different functional permissions for different user groups. Switch to the "Functional Permissions" tab in the group settings.
DuoPlus support setting different cloud phone permissions for different user groups. Switch to the "Cloud Phone Permissions" tab in the group settings.
If "Allow All" is checked, the users in the user group have permissions to all cloud phones (including those added later).
Click "Members" -> switch to the created team, and you can see all the members under your team in the member list. You can manage members on the right side of the list.
After completing the above two steps, the invitee has been added to your team and can use your cloud phone. The invitee can switch teams from the top right corner, and after switching to the corresponding team, they can access the cloud phone resources of that team.
