DuoPlus New Features

1.New Renewal Management Feature

DuoPlus users can manage the automatic renewal settings for cloud phones and fixed computing power in the Team Settings. This feature supports modifying the renewal time and renewal cycle, reducing the chances of forgetting to renew and ensuring business continuity.

2.Cloud Phone Boot Mode Settings

DuoPlus users can choose different boot modes for each cloud phone, including fixed computing power, temporary computing power, or fixed computing power priority. This provides greater flexibility, reduces overall usage costs, and adds a boot mode field to the cloud phone list, allowing users to perform "filter" operations for easier device searches.

3.New Computing Power Permission Control

Use Case: This feature allows you to restrict team members to use specific computing power modes for booting and limit the number of fixed computing power instances used, making team management clearer and the control over fixed computing power usage more flexible.

Specific Steps: Click on Member Management - Select Team - Click on Computing Power Permissions and set according to your needs.

4.Addition of Billing Information Input

DuoPlus has added a billing information input section in Team Settings, allowing users to customize their entries. Consumption bills will be automatically sent to the user's reserved email, providing clear billing details for users to verify expenses and manage budgets.

DuoPlus Operational Optimizations

1.Optimization of Automatic and Manual Renewal

DuoPlus cloud phones offer users various renewal options and have optimized renewal settings. The system can automatically calculate and display discount offers during the renewal process, helping to save on usage costs.

2.Optimization of One-Click Batch New Machine

Use Case: Regardless of whether the cloud phone is powered on or off, users can easily perform a one-click batch refresh to uniformly update cloud devices, shortening operation times and enhancing user operational efficiency.
