Proxy Introduction and Common Issues with Proxy Configuration
1. What is a proxy? Why configure a proxy?

Providing Network: A proxy acts like the "broadband" for a cloud mobile phone to access the internet. Only after setting up the proxy can the cloud mobile phone connect to the network, otherwise it will display "not initialized."

Maintaining Anonymity: A proxy is also very important for protecting your anonymity when accessing apps, helping you achieve better privacy protection and avoiding exposure of your real IP address.

Mobile Emulation: DuoPlus cloud mobile phones can automatically emulate SIM card information, mobile base station information, and GPS information based on the geographical location of the configured proxy IP.
2. What should you pay attention to when configuring a proxy?
2.1 Proxy Type Limitation
Currently, only Sock5 type proxy IPs are supported, and http(s) and SSH type proxy IPs are not supported.
2.2 Regional Limitation

3. What type of proxy IP should I choose?
Different apps have different levels of risk control; you need to select different proxy IPs based on your specific business type.
For TikTok operations, it is generally recommended to use dual ISP static residential IPs. Also, ensure the IP is not shared by multiple devices or individuals.
4. Where can I purchase proxy IPs?
DuoPlus cloud mobile phones do not provide proxy IPs themselves. You can purchase suitable proxy IPs according to your needs and configure them for use in the cloud mobile phone image. DuoPlus also has some proxy IP partners, see: Recommended Proxy Service Providers
