Initialize Proxy

Before using the cloud phone, you need to configure the proxy first.

Initialize Proxy for a Single Cloud Phone

1. Select Cloud Phone

Find the cloud phone you want to initialize the proxy for in the cloud phone list, click one of the buttons to enter the configuration page.

 

2. Fill in the Cloud Phone Information

Here, you can manually set the name, group, network, simulation settings, etc. for the cloud phone.

 

(1) Cloud Phone Name and Group

Enter the cloud phone name and check the group for this cloud phone.

(2) Network

  • Custom Proxy — Manually enter the proxy IP information that can be used normally.
  • Added Proxy — Check the proxies that have been added to DuoPlus previously.
  • Dynamic Proxy — Choose the proxy you purchased.

After filling in the proxy information, click to check the proxy.

(3) Simulation Settings

Select the screen resolution, device brand and model, and you can also customize the geographic location, SIM card, and timezone language information for the cloud phone (or choose to simulate based on IP directly).

3. Click "Complete Configuration"

Batch Initialize Proxy

1. Select Cloud Phones

Check multiple cloud phones that need to initialize the proxy, click on the "..." in the floating toolbar, and select "Initialize Proxy."

2. Enter Configuration Page

You can configure the information for each cloud phone individually; for specific operations, refer to 【Initialize Proxy for a Single Cloud Phone】.

DuoPlus also supports users importing corresponding files for batch initialization of proxies for multiple cloud phones. The specific steps are as follows:

(1) Click "Batch Configuration" and download the corresponding import template.

(2) Open the downloaded file, fill in the required cloud phone information according to the prompts, and save the file.

(3) Return to the cloud phone configuration page, import the saved file, and the system will automatically verify the configuration information.

  • Using the imported file to configure cloud phones, the configuration information will be applied to the checked cloud phones in order.

The verification results will be returned on the far right, and users can adjust the configuration information according to the prompts.

  • Green “Success” indicates that the cloud phone information can be configured successfully.
  • Orange information indicates that the filled cloud phone information does not match reality; the system will automatically correct it before proceeding with the configuration.
  • Red information indicates that the filled cloud phone information is incorrect and cannot be configured.

(4) After confirming that the configuration information is correct, click "Import."

3. Check Proxy Information

4. Click "Complete Configuration"

After configuring each cloud phone in order, click "Complete Configuration," and the checked cloud phones will be configured according to the information from the imported file.
