1. Flexible Billing Models: Temporary and Fixed Computing Power

Use Case: The revamped cloud phone introduces more flexible billing models, offering two options to choose from. Users can select different billing models based on their business needs, helping them save costs.

1.1 Temporary Computing Power

  • Pay based on usage duration: $0.15 per 30 minutes per device, capped at $0.9 per day per device, deducted from the balance.

  • Unlimited number of startups.

  • Billing Method: Billing starts when the device is powered on and stops when it is powered off. Repeated startups within a 30-minute billing cycle are not billed again.

  • The cloud phone does not shut down automatically, but after closing the browser, if the daily cap of $0.9 is not reached, it will automatically shut down in the next 30-minute billing cycle.

1.2 Fixed Computing Power

  • Fixed computing power is for long-term rentals and is equivalent to the number of devices that can be simultaneously powered on, as the computing resources (CPU and memory) can only be used by one cloud phone at a time.

  • Using the purchased fixed computing power to power on devices will not incur additional startup fees. Multiple cloud phones can use the same fixed computing power to reduce costs.

2. Cloud Phone Supports One-Click ROOT

Use Case: Users can perform a one-click ROOT within the cloud phone, granting more permissions and facilitating additional operations.

  • Specific Operation: Open the cloud phone, click the […] at the bottom right — [ROOT], choose to enable or disable ROOT. After selecting to enable ROOT, it can be viewed within the cloud phone shortly.

3. Classify and Group Cloud Phones

Use Case: Suitable for users managing large quantities of cloud phones and multiple team members, who need to group and share cloud phones within the team. This feature allows better management, such as creating groups like [Live Streaming, Short Video Operations, Store Setup], [TK, FB, Instagram], etc.

  • A single cloud phone can be added to multiple groups.

  • Multiple cloud phones can be batch operated into different groups simultaneously.

  • Grouping is effective for the team. If a team member has no cloud phone permissions within a group, the group name will not be displayed to them.

4. Multiple Video Streaming Routes to Choose

Use Case: Users may experience lag during operations on the cloud phone because it is deployed in Singapore, requiring high network smoothness. Operations in certain countries or regions may be unsmooth. Users can try enabling the accelerator settings, and this update also includes optional streaming routes to help users stream faster and smoother.

  • Access the streaming route selection via the dropdown menu on the startup interface or by entering the cloud phone's control interface and clicking the clarity button at the bottom right.

  • Choosing a route does not affect the network within the cloud phone; the routes are only for the video streaming during operations. Select the smoothest available route.

5. Change Proxy When Creating a New Device with One Click

  • When creating a new device with one click, users can directly choose whether to change the proxy IP, greatly improving internal operation efficiency.
  • If selecting to change the proxy, simply paste the proxy information into the box, click to verify the proxy, and if the proxy passes verification, click to create a new device with one click.

6. Added QR Code Scanning Function

Users of DuoPlus can select the QR scanning function within the cloud phone to complete scanning operations.

The specific steps are: open the cloud phone, open the app that requires scanning — click the […] at the bottom right —[Scan QR] , select the image to upload, thereby completing the scan operation.

7. App Management within the Cloud Phone

Use Case: There are multiple ways to download apps within the cloud phone. This update introduces a more convenient method, allowing users to quickly download common apps without logging into a Google account or uploading files, supporting one-click download, installation, reboot, etc.

  • Users can select the APP function within the cloud phone interface to manage applications.

  • Specific operations: open the cloud phone, click the […] at the bottom right — [APP], and manage the app on the right side, including installation, uninstallation, launching, restarting, and stopping.

8. 24-Hour Unattended Live Streaming

Use Case: Meets the needs of daily social media live commerce and short video operations. This update enables 24-hour unattended live streaming, allowing real-time live streaming and alternating video playback to truly save time and effort.

8.1 Live Streaming - OBS Streaming

  • DuoPlus supports directly accessing the user's device camera for live streaming. Users need to enable camera permissions in the browser settings to allow the cloud phone to use their computer or phone's camera.

  • Additionally, audio and video streams can be read from the computer's OBS streaming software to achieve 24-hour unattended live streaming.

8.2 Live Streaming - Video Playback

  • DuoPlus also supports directly using videos within the cloud phone and inputting the video to the cloud phone's camera, achieving unattended live streaming.

  • This method produces clearer video quality sent to the camera and is not affected by network conditions, resulting in more stable video playback.

9. Export Function Added to All Lists

To view and compile all cloud device information in a spreadsheet, an export function is added, allowing users to generate a table with one click.
