DuoPlus New Features

1.DuoPlus AI Supports All Cloud Phone Versions

Previously available only for Android 15 Pro, DuoPlus AI is now supported across all DuoPlus cloud phone versions(Android 10/11/12A/12B/15/15Pro). Through integrated third-party AI agents, users can use natural-language commands to view devices, power them on or off, check their status, and run automated tasks—making device management faster and easier at scale.

2.New Proxy-Supported Country

DuoPlus Cloud Phone now supports Luxembourg. Users can configure Luxembourg proxy IPs, geolocation, language, and time zone settings to meet the needs of account operations and business scenarios across different regions while improving the authenticity of account environments.

3.New FlashID Proxy

DuoPlus has added a FlashID proxy purchase entry, allowing users to directly select, purchase, and configure proxy IPs that suit their business needs from the dashboard and efficiently set up network environments for cloud phones.

4.New Proxy Naming and Group Selection

When initializing proxies, users can set proxy names and select groups at the same time, making it easy to categorize and label proxies.

5.Check Proxies in Bulk

When initializing proxies in bulk, modifying parameters, or using Reset Device, users can choose to check current proxies, unchecked proxies, or all proxies at once. This makes it easier to quickly verify proxy availability before proceeding.

6.Change Proxies for Related Cloud Phones

On the Proxy page, users can click the switch icon in the Related Cloud Phone field to change the proxy assigned to a cloud phone. This makes it easier to replace unavailable proxies or switch networks without first removing the existing connection.

7.New Cloud Number Resources

DuoPlus Cloud Numbers now offers number resources for Canada, Finland, Mexico, Israel, Slovenia, and Belgium, further expanding country coverage. Users can select cloud numbers for their target markets to support account registration, login verification, and long-term operations across different regions.

8.New RPA Features

• RPA Marketplace Update: New preset workflows have been added, including RedNote Account Warm-up, RedNote Friend Friends by Searching Keyword, RedNote Send Text Paste, Lemon8 Light Account Nurturing and Publishing, and Pinterest Light Account Nurturing and Publishing. Users can select a template, configure the required parameters, and run it right away—saving the time and effort of building an automation workflow from scratch.

• New AI Node for RPA: The new DUO+ AI node can call AI Agents to complete intelligent tasks such as content generation and specified actions. It can also be flexibly connected with other RPA nodes to effectively reduce repetitive manual work.

9.Synchronizer Supports Read Clipboard

A new “Read Clipboard” feature has been added to the clipboard section of the DuoPlus Cloud Phone Operation Sync page. It allows users to read clipboard content from multiple cloud phones in batches and select and copy the content to the current device.

10.Search and Sort for Member Permissions

DuoPlus has added quick search and sorting to Cloud Phone Permissions and Proxy Permissions in Member Management. Users can quickly locate target cloud phones or proxies using keywords, improving team management efficiency.

11.New Expiration Notification Settings

DuoPlus supports expiration notifications for cloud phones, subscription startups, cloud numbers, and proxies. Users can customize the reminder period under “Team Settings – Expiration Notification Settings.” When a related resource is due to expire within the specified number of days, the system will send an email notification to the designated email address.

12.New Team Balance Query API

Users can retrieve their team account balance in real time through the API and integrate it into their own systems or automated workflows, eliminating the need to frequently log in to the dashboard for manual checks.

13.New Subscription Startup Logs

DuoPlus has added Subscription Startup logs. Users can view which cloud phones have used a Subscription Startup plan, along with detailed power-on and power-off timestamps, making usage clear and traceable.

14.New Feature Update Pop-Up

After a DuoPlus version update, a “Feature Update” window will automatically appear in the dashboard, presenting the key features and improvements included in the release. This helps users quickly understand what has changed and start using the new features.

DuoPlus Other Optimizations

1.Android 12A and 12B Cloud Phone Upgrades

DuoPlus has further optimized Android 12A and 12B cloud phones. The new “Scrolling Screenshot” feature makes it easy to capture an entire page and reduces the need for multiple screenshots. Fingerprint press simulation has also been improved to make cloud phone interactions more realistic.

2.Optimized Cloud Phone Startup and Connection Process

During the DuoPlus Cloud Phone startup process, if the device remains in the “Connecting” status for more than 20 seconds without successfully streaming, the system will prompt the user to switch connection routes. This helps users promptly resolve connection issues and reduce waiting time.

3.Optimized Cloud Number Information Display

When assigning cloud numbers, DuoPlus now displays the number type, country, and notes, making it easier for users to identify and filter the required numbers and reduce selection errors.

4.Optimized Team Zone Information Display

DuoPlus has added a “Next Available Modification Time” prompt for the team zone in Team Settings. After switching time zones, the current Timezone, pending Timezone, and effective time will be clearly displayed.

5.Optimized Swipe Controls

DuoPlus Cloud Phone swipe controls now include a horizontal swipe option. Users can choose between vertical and horizontal swipes based on the scenario, supporting more app interfaces and interaction requirements.
