Grouping feature

The group function of DuoPlus cloud mobile phones makes it easy for users and teams to manage all cloud mobile phones.

• The same cloud phone can be added to multiple groups.
• The grouping is effective for teams; if a team member has no permissions for any cloud phone within a group, the group name will not be displayed to them.

1.Create a group

• Click "Create Group", enter the group name, and you can use numbers to sort the groups. The higher the number, the higher the group's position in the order.

2. Batch operations of cloud phones to groups

After creating the groups, you can add cloud phones to different groups for management. It supports one-click batch operations. Select "Batch Operation" — "Add to Group" — "Select Group" or directly "Create Group".

• After grouping, you can see the cloud phones that were just assigned under the specific group. If you want to remove a cloud phone from a group, select "Batch Operation" - "Remove from Current Group".

3. Change Group Name and Delete Group

• If users want to delete a group or change its name, they can do so by clicking on the group under "All Groups" and performing the necessary operations.
