         Access the RapidProxy login page: https://www.rapidproxy.io/user/login

3. On the payment page, locate the Coupon Code section in the Order Summary.

4. Enter the following discount code:

5. Click Apply.

6. Check that the discount has been successfully applied and that the order total has been updated before completing payment.

1. RapidProxy Proxy Purchase & Configuration Process

1.1 RapidProxy Account Registration & Login

Visit the RapidProxy official website and register an account.

Enter RapidProxy registration page: https://www.rapidproxy.io/user/register

RapidProxy supports the following login methods:

• Google account

• Email address and password

After registration, log in to access the RapidProxy dashboard. RapidProxy and DuoPlus have established a partnership to provide residential proxy support for cloud-phone environments. 

1.2 Purchase a Dynamic Residential Proxy Plan

1. Log in to your RapidProxy account.

2. Open the residential proxy pricing page.

3. Select a traffic package according to your requirements.

4. Click Buy Now to open the payment page.

5. Choose your preferred payment method.

6. Enter the DuoPlus-exclusive discount code DuoPlus in the Coupon Code field.

7. Click Apply and confirm that the order price has been reduced by 20%.

8. Complete the payment.

RapidProxy dynamic residential proxy traffic is billed by usage and does not expire. The service supports HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols.

1.3 Create a RapidProxy Sub-Account

After purchasing proxy traffic, create a sub-account that will be used to authenticate the proxy connection.

1. Enter the RapidProxy dashboard.

2. Go to:
   Residential Proxies → Create Sub-Account


3. Complete the following fields:

• Username: Enter 2–12 letters or numbers.

• Password: Enter 4–12 letters or numbers.

• Status: Select Enable.

• Traffic Cap (GB): Enter the amount of traffic that this sub-account can use.

4. Click Confirm to save the sub-account.

Keep the proxy username and password private. Do not share proxy credentials publicly.

1.4 Generate SOCKS5 Proxy Information

After creating the sub-account, generate the proxy connection details for DuoPlus.

Go to the User & Pass Auth page in the RapidProxy dashboard.

Configure the required proxy parameters:

• Country/Region

• State or City, if required

• Session type or rotation interval

• Proxy protocol: SOCKS5

• Output format

Generate the proxy information.

Copy the following details:

• Host/IP address

• Port

• Username

• Password

RapidProxy supports country and city targeting, rotating connections, and sticky sessions. Sticky sessions can be configured for workflows that require the same proxy IP to remain active for a period of time.

1.5 Purchase Static Residential Proxies

If you need a fixed IP address that remains unchanged for an extended period, you can purchase Static Residential Proxies from RapidProxy.

Static residential proxies are purchased based on the number of IPs, locations, and subscription period. Unlike dynamic residential proxies, static residential proxies provide dedicated proxy credentials after purchase and do not require you to create a sub-account.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your RapidProxy account.https://www.rapidproxy.io/user/login

2. Open the Static Residential Proxies purchase page.

3. Select the desired region and number of IPs. You can choose multiple regions or select multiple lines from a single region for simultaneous payment.

         After making your selections, click Confirm to proceed to checkout.

4. Enter the DuoPlus-exclusive discount code DuoPlus in the Coupon Code field.

5. Click ApplyP and confirm that the order price has been reduced by 20%.

6. Complete the payment.

After purchasing, you can view the IP information on the Static ISP Proxies → IP Management page.

Copy the following details:

• Host/IP address

• Port

• Username

• Password

2. DuoPlus Cloud Phone Configuration

2.1 DuoPlus Registration & Login

Visit the DuoPlus official website and register an account.

After registration, log in to the DuoPlus dashboard.

2.2 Create a Cloud Phone

1. Enter the DuoPlus dashboard.

2. Click Try Now or go to the cloud phone purchase page.

3. Select the required:

• Number of cloud phones

• Purchase duration

• Startup mode

• Payment method

4. Click Buy Now to complete the purchase.

A DuoPlus cloud phone requires a proxy to be configured before it can establish an external network connection. (Help Center - DuoPlus Cloud Phone)

2.3 Add the RapidProxy Proxy

After purchasing the cloud phone, the system will normally redirect you to the Proxy Configuration page.

If the page does not open automatically, go to the cloud phone list and click Initialize Proxy.

Follow these steps:

1. Set Proxy Type to 【Custom Proxy】

2. Fill in your RapidProxy details, including IP, Port, Username, and Password

Paste the Rapidproxy host/port/username/password obtained in step 1 into the "IP or domain name" field (automatic recognition is supported).

3. Click Test Proxy.

4. Wait for the proxy test result.

5. Click 【Finish】 to save the configuration.

3. Using DuoPlus Cloud Phone

After completing the proxy configuration:

1. Return to the DuoPlus cloud phone list.

2. Select the newly created cloud phone.

3. Click Power On.

4. Wait a few seconds for the cloud phone to start.

DuoPlus provides different startup billing options:

• Temporary Startup: Usage is billed according to the startup duration.

• Subscription Startup: The cloud phone can be used within the selected subscription period.

After startup is complete, the cloud phone will connect through the RapidProxy SOCKS5 proxy you configured. DuoPlus documents both temporary and subscription startup modes for cloud-phone usage.

Important Notes

• Generate the RapidProxy proxy using the User:Pass authentication method.

• If your cloud phone needs to maintain the same IP address during account activity, please use a suitable sticky session or static residential proxy.

• Do not publicly share your proxy username or password.

• DuoPlus users can enter the discount code DuoPlus on the RapidProxy payment page to receive 20% off.

• Confirm that the discounted total is displayed before completing payment.
